1. Subscription Cancellation

MISKILLS subscriptions cannot be manually cancelled by the user before the end of the purchased period. Once a subscription is purchased, it will remain active until the end of its validity period and will then automatically expire unless the user chooses to renew.

Users may stop using the service at any time, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

2. Refund Eligibility

MISKILLS provides instant access to digital learning content; therefore, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only in special cases such as duplicate payments or failed transactions.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days as per Razorpay’s settlement timelines.
